These Terms and conditions apply to your use of the REELQUIP website at www.reelquip.com.au, including any associated customer or member portal, online forms and services made available through the website.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About REELQUIP
REELQUIP provides professional drain inspection equipment and related technology, software, support and membership services primarily for plumbing, drainage and trade-related businesses.
Our commercial equipment membership is provided under a separate REELQUIP Network Agreement entered into between REELQUIP and each approved member.
2. Website Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and current. However, information may change from time to time and we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current or free from errors.
Product images, specifications, descriptions, pricing, availability and other information displayed on the website are provided for general information and may be updated without notice.
Nothing on this website constitutes professional, technical, financial or legal advice.
3. REELQUIP Membership
Information on this website concerning REELQUIP membership, including membership pricing, equipment, inclusions, support, payment arrangements, ownership options and end-of-term options, is intended as a general summary of the membership offering.
Participation in the REELQUIP commercial membership network is subject to:
- approval by REELQUIP;
- completion of any required application or onboarding process;
- acceptance and execution of the applicable REELQUIP Network Agreement;
- provision of any information, payment authority, guarantee or other documentation required by REELQUIP; and
- any other requirements specified during the application process.
Submitting an application, enquiry, order or payment authorisation through the website does not by itself require REELQUIP to accept you as a member.
Network Agreement takes precedence
Where you enter into a REELQUIP Network Agreement, that agreement governs your membership and your use, possession and acquisition of REELQUIP equipment.
If there is any inconsistency between information contained on this website or these Website Terms & Conditions and an executed Network Agreement, the Network Agreement will prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.
4. Pricing
Unless stated otherwise, prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Membership pricing and payment obligations are governed by the applicable Network Agreement.
We may update website pricing and membership offers from time to time. Changes to an existing member's pricing will only apply in accordance with their Network Agreement or as otherwise agreed with that member.
5. Payments
Payments made through REELQUIP may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
Where you provide payment details or authorise a payment method, you authorise REELQUIP and its nominated payment provider to process payments in accordance with the transaction or agreement to which that authority relates.
For REELQUIP members, recurring payments, deferred payments and other membership payment obligations are governed by the applicable Network Agreement.
REELQUIP does not directly store complete payment card details where those details are securely handled by our payment service provider.
6. Customer and Member Accounts
Certain website functionality may require you to create or access an account or Member Portal.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate and current account information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account; and
- notifying us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access or a security issue involving your account.
You are responsible for activity undertaken through your account by you or people you have authorised to use it.
We may suspend or restrict access to an account where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, suspected misuse, breach of these terms or in accordance with an applicable Network Agreement.
7. Member Portal and Online Services
The REELQUIP Member Portal may provide functionality including equipment records, condition reporting, account administration, support requests, payments, communications and membership information.
We may update, modify, maintain, suspend or replace website and portal functionality from time to time.
While we aim to keep our online services available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Temporary outages, maintenance, internet connectivity issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
Where you are a REELQUIP member, temporary unavailability of the website or Member Portal does not alter your obligations under your Network Agreement.
8. Information and Content You Provide
You must ensure that information you provide through our website or Member Portal is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.
You must not submit or upload content that:
- is unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
- infringes another person's intellectual property or other rights;
- contains malicious software or harmful material;
- interferes with the operation or security of our systems; or
- is otherwise inappropriate for the purpose for which it is submitted.
Information, photographs, videos, condition reports and other data submitted in connection with a REELQUIP membership may also be governed by your Network Agreement.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use the website or Member Portal:
- for any unlawful purpose;
- to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data;
- to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- to introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology;
- to scrape, harvest or systematically extract website data without our permission;
- to impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority; or
- in any manner that may damage REELQUIP, our systems or other users.
We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property associated with the REELQUIP website, Member Portal, branding, software, documentation, graphics, photographs, videos, text and other content is owned by or licensed to REELQUIP.
You may view and use website content for your own legitimate business purposes in connection with REELQUIP.
You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, reverse engineer or otherwise use our website, software or content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Use of software supplied as part of a REELQUIP membership is additionally governed by the applicable Network Agreement.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms and services.
These services are operated independently of REELQUIP and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the inclusion of a third-party link or integration does not constitute an endorsement by REELQUIP. We are not responsible for the availability, security, content or operation of third-party websites or services.

13. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Where goods or services are supplied to you under a separate agreement with REELQUIP, any additional warranties, limitations or remedies applicable to that supply are governed by that agreement, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Website Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REELQUIP is not liable for loss arising solely from:
- your reliance on general information published on the website;
- temporary interruption or unavailability of the website or Member Portal;
- unauthorised access resulting from your failure to reasonably secure your account credentials; or
- third-party websites or services outside REELQUIP's reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, REELQUIP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to these website terms do not amend an existing Network Agreement. Any amendment to a Network Agreement must occur in accordance with the amendment provisions of that agreement.
16. Suspension and Termination of Website Access
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or Member Portal where reasonably necessary because of:
- a breach of these terms;
- unlawful or fraudulent activity;
- a security risk;
- misuse of our systems; or
- circumstances permitted under an applicable Network Agreement.
Termination or suspension of website access does not itself terminate or modify an existing Network Agreement.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
